Just the other day we had a breakfast at work. As I reached for a hard earned doughnut, the man behind me said "now now, you don't want to ruin all of your hard work". I couldn't believe it! By contrast another co-worker said "you must be exercising more. you look very strong" that was my favorite

it's all about finding what works for you. IF works for me, because I just don't have time in to eat in the mornings. I am too busy trying to get everyone out the door with all of their things...and then I get to work and become so absorbed with the task on hand that I don't even think about food until I come up for air,…

It is hard. But not impossible.

Just like everyone says...it works for some and not for others...I like it because I'm not a breakfast eater..and I've been able to stick to a calorie goal for almost 40 days now, which I constantly struggled with trying to eat 5 times a day. Just find an eating pattern that helps you stick to your calorie goals, everyone…

For some people Maca powder can help with period symptoms...it helps me just feel better in general around that time of the month...also...it's okay to take a day or two off if that's what your body needs, just make sure you stick to your calorie goals and you wont' derail yourself.

I use blue apron...and eat the entire portion they give me. But I only eat 2 meals a day, each one around 6-700 calories, so it's perfect for me. I love the variety, and my son gets excited for the meals also. For me, it's been a life changer..helping me stick to my goals

Just like everyone says...find something that fits your lifestyle that will make it easy to incorporate weight loss. For me, because I'm never hungry in the morning, nor do I have time to make and eat breakfast, intermittent fasting works for me. I have 2 meals around 700 calories a piece and this has helped me stay honest…

My son gave me attitude about breakfast and I snapped, grabbing his plate and throwing away his pancakes...then I felt bad when he burst into tears so we talked about it, and I gave him more...mom guilt is horrible, cause he deserved to have to get breakfast at school...

I totally get this. I try to put in all my meals in the morning so that I have mapped out what I will eat for the day. I often feel the same way, I find it hard to eat enough protein in particular, but I often literally cannot eat what I've mapped out for dinner. I will try to take a break, do something else and come back…

Round 41 end 180 I didn't meet my goal for the last round (to break into the 170's)...I went off track a bit, but I maintained, which is huge. Still trying for the 170's... Day/Weight/Comment 5/28---180 5/29---180 5/30 5/31 6/01 6/02 6/03 6/04 6/05 6/06
