For some people Maca powder can help with period symptoms...it helps me just feel better in general around that time of the month...also...it's okay to take a day or two off if that's what your body needs, just make sure you stick to your calorie goals and you wont' derail yourself.

I use blue apron...and eat the entire portion they give me. But I only eat 2 meals a day, each one around 6-700 calories, so it's perfect for me. I love the variety, and my son gets excited for the meals also. For me, it's been a life changer..helping me stick to my goals

Just like everyone says...find something that fits your lifestyle that will make it easy to incorporate weight loss. For me, because I'm never hungry in the morning, nor do I have time to make and eat breakfast, intermittent fasting works for me. I have 2 meals around 700 calories a piece and this has helped me stay honest…

My son gave me attitude about breakfast and I snapped, grabbing his plate and throwing away his pancakes...then I felt bad when he burst into tears so we talked about it, and I gave him more...mom guilt is horrible, cause he deserved to have to get breakfast at school...

I totally get this. I try to put in all my meals in the morning so that I have mapped out what I will eat for the day. I often feel the same way, I find it hard to eat enough protein in particular, but I often literally cannot eat what I've mapped out for dinner. I will try to take a break, do something else and come back…
