Down 1.4. I was traveling all day to attend a graduation. I made good food choices on the road and didn't overdo it on the dinner afterwards but did have one drink and a very small piece of cake. I feel good about the day.

I'm up 3 since my last official weigh-in on August 24th. Sleep is an issue again, and as a result my eating hours are messed up. Lots of late-night eating - - not snacking, eating. Also, I'm not focused, and that leads to sloppy tracking. Planning to meal prep tomorrow and get back to strict tracking.
