Wait, what's wrong with the phrase "clean eating?" I'm a healthy diet noob and I don't know exactly what "clean eating" is exactly, but I thought it was when you eat unprocessed fresh food. Can someone explain what it actually is and why it's so terrible?

When I happen to exercise in the morning, I at least try to have a banana, yogurt, or anything easy to eat beforehand. I feel pretty faint when I try and do any kind of lifting on an empty stomach. If I eat an actual meal, I wait 30 minutes so I don't accidentally throw up everywhere.

I'm just doing the deficit for a "casual" weight loss to get more muscle definition (I have no real goal date) but most of the food logging is to make sure I'm not eating too much sugar/fat and teaching myself portion sizes again. Thanks!

Circuit is like a mixture of cardio and strength training. It basically makes you do 500 things at once. I've never done it but my co-worker talks about it all the time and it sounds like the worst thing ever. Cute Togepi btw.

I gained 10 pounds in a year and I solely weight train. Are you happy with how your body looks? That's the important part--not your weight. I'm cutting some weight right now for more muscle definition, but I'm overall pretty happy with what I've got going on :)

The second day is the worst for me. The day after an intense leg day I'll feel fine and think, "oh dang, I'm a freakin' boss" and then in the middle of the night I'll try to go to the bathroom and it's the biggest struggle of my life.
