I'm definitely not anywhere near 17%. I'm no more than 14% max but do I look ok though? I don't need to lose anymore fat do I? I'm already at a low weight which is 9st 8lb or 61kg?

How much should I gain? I'm 9st 8lb now? I mean I wouldn't wanna go over 10 stone and I'm actually ok with being skinny I prefer it to be honest just to be thin and my abs do slightly show under the lighting when I slouch backwards a bit. I do actually like being on the skinny side. I'm 5ft 7in, I'm 9st 8lb now and I'm quite happy with it. I am quite happy with my shape as well I will make my arms bigger. But how would I get abs to show more though? They show underneath the light when I slouch a bit? Thank you!

That explains it much much better I thought that'd be the case because I had 1000 excess calories overall in my last weeks budget but today I'm back to my normal 61kg weight and I have seen on Google you need to constantly and consistently overeat everyday for weeks before you gain fat.
