I was just thinking about this whole weight loss struggle. It's seems like for me no matter how much I count calories, or change my stats in MFP to adjust my calories, it's just not working. Dieting alone for me is a struggle but having pcos with it is just making it that much worse.

Do you think you may like the idea of meal prepping? You could make your lunch for the whole week or even for a few days to start therefore you know ahead of time what you're eating.

I'm still struggling to lose weight myself. I haven't found anything that seems to work for me with pcos. I've even tried low carb but I had always had a strong urge for a sandwich or something because of all the carbs in the bread. I would hope anyone would share their suggestions with me as well.

You don't really have to eat breakfast. It's basically as if you're intermittent fasting. Lots of people wait until lunch to eat.

I'm far from a morning person but I have decided to set an alarm for 30 mins earlier than my usual get up time so I can make time to do this without interruption. I'm excited to get started tomorrow!

I personally love to drink water. I would suggest adding lemon or even cucumbers to your water to give it flavor. I think flavor mixers are fine too.

You should always go with what you feel best. I've always experienced that "failing" feeling leading to binge eating or whatever just to turn around and feel even more disappointed than before. Honestly MFP helps me a lot more in sense that I'm not restricted to using a point system. You should still lose weight regardless…

I wouldn't suggest taking in more calories. It's most likely that those 5 lbs are mostly water weight.
