Don't stress about the exercise, the diet is foremost. Once you are stuck on your weight, introduce whatever exercise(s) you feel comfortable with.

Someone decluttered me because I hit the like button on someone else's meme and made assumptions of my personality. It ticked me off for a whole 5 minutes. I don't need to deal with stupid people.

Find your "whys". Don't try to tackle everything at once, baby steps work better than cold turkey.

You're doing it all wrong! First thing's first. THROW THE WATCH AWAY or STOP LOOKING AT IT. This is 99% of your problem, it's the same effect as watching the clock 3 hours before leaving work. I drink diluted Crystal Light. In other words... water. Hopefully the plastics leaching into the water supply won't kill me

Make sure you are eating PROPERLY and getting enough sleep. Carbs are great for energy, so it's normal to feel groggy when you cut back to lose weight

Beans, rice, veggies and fruit are the cheapest items in the grocery store. Grow a garden! Buying prepackaged frozen boxed crap is expensive.

Use your will power. Decline the invite, or have a salad. It's a LIFESTYLE change. I used to say I have a sabotaging spouse... but it's MY decision what I put into my mouth... not hers. You can't blame others.
