When it's time to reward yourself for the hard work you've done to reach your goal, what does your cheat meal consist of?

Pizza, chicken wings, a burger, poutine, deep pickles, cheese sticks and strawberry shortcake then I sit on the couch to watch TV and start to wonder what the hell am I doing with my life.

UM all at one sitting? and what is a deep pickle?

I dont really "cheat" because I dont focus on eating "clean" but I love pizza and burgers!!....And candy! And cookies!! And doughnuts! And ice cream! And more candy! I do eat fairly healthy for the most part so I dont have to be hungry all the time but I leave plenty of room for treats

A meal out at a restaurant that doesn't have nutrition listed and I don't have a clue. 1000 calories quick add and done.

I don't really do that...and particularly don't do that as some kind of reward. My diet for the most part is on point...but sometimes I like going out for pub grub or pizza or whatever or theirs a pool party and BBQ, etc...I just consider it living life and enjoying myself. There's really not any thought that goes into it in regards to "reward" or "cheating" or whatever. It's life, and life is short and should be enjoyed. These things in moderation are irrelevant to the big picture.

    Everything chocolatey.
    Cheese.
    Pizza.
    Ice cream.
    — Which are all good for your (mental) health hence shouldn't be considered as cheat meals.

I currently label mine as being "Deficit Breaks", since I am attempting to reduce; my weight & I schedule them for 2 weeks, within a row; every 6 ~ 7 weeks! Basically each of those 2 weeks for me, just consist of consuming something once; that doesn't have Nutrition Facts available!
