I follow Keto, normally, so I get the "Keto-style" coffees. However, that is only when I treat myself. I usually get the tall blonde. So, "tall" is the Starbuck's version of "small". "Grande" is the Starbuck's version of "medium" and "Venti" is the Starbuck's version of "large".

Okay....I am definitely not a hawt dude, not even close. But, I do hang with absolutely gorgeous women [subjectively, they are all 10+ but I think that most (men and women) would consider these ladies a 9+ on any given day...]. This is going to sound like BS....and, to a degree, it is (because the opposite is not…

@moogie_fit - You saw that pic, too? (referencing something that @Keto_Vampire posted....microwave....not sure if you saw it so this might make ABSOLUTELY no sense...).
-
What I find to be the case.....is that people need to find what works for them. I follow the Ketogenic way because I have high A1C and insulin resistance. So, there was | is a medical reason for me investigating and ultimately implementing this. I looked for about two months...there is SOOOOO much info out there about Keto…

And this is one book that I am absolutely going to get once I am "finished" with my current experiment (like how I did that, Mr. Lemon?)....

Ladies, much respect. I, for one, find it AWESOME when the ladies are lifting next to me and I really have to push (so that a chick ain't lifting more than I am!). Keep on, keeping on.....

I have seen several folks include the Oikos Triple Zero in their Meal Diary so I tried it for the first time today. I ate six cups! I liked it. Previously, I was eating the Trader Joe's non-fat Greek Yogurt. I enjoyed that as well. I will likely try something from Aldi next. Whenever that happens....

I just went to the Aldi's here in Winston-Salem (right off of University Parkway) for the first time (been here some 4.5 years....never stopped in....know this store from Germany). I looked at several things....seems like I might start getting a few things moving forward.

For those of you who are not my "MFP Friend" I will provide a little bit of the journey.... Weight has been all over the place. I am - on Day #7 - 206.2lbs. I am not going to discuss the diet part, but will discuss the training sessions here. So far - keep in mind that this is the first week - no issues. No real perception…

Physique update pics tomorrow morning.....forewarned, as I like to say, is forearmed!

Love me some Athlean-X. I mean, what a transformation that "little ole Jesse" just did, right? I am with Mr. Laces....there is one way to find out. I would suggest that starting with a 25lb plate might be the way to go at first. I will explain my thought process. So, I used to do powerlifting (Squats, Deadlifts and Bench).…

I follow Keto because of high A1C and my body just does not do well with Carbs (but, man I love them!!!). There is a lot of "interesting" information out there regarding Keto and IF (Intermittent Fasting). Lots of it complete hogwash, some of it close and a little bit dead on. Unfortunately, there are a lot of folks out…

As a general comment, the fact that you are not sore simply means that you are strong enough to do whatever you were doing. For example, I used to do powerlifting but took a pole dancing class at one of the local Gentlemen's Clubs (might just know the "instructor" who holds a class on Sundays for the new girls). It was a…

Now, that sounds like my kinda party! Where do I sign up for that? Oh, crapolla! I can't! Seriously, though....that does sound like my kinda party. When (not "if") I beat this high A1C and insulin resistance, I am gonna do this. Was seriously looking forward to it....I am "off".....so, this is kinda my thing!

I am right up there on the "BOOOOOORING!" list...not a problem. Consistency is key, right?

I saw that....I really enjoy that channel (Revive Stronger). He is pretty impressive himself and always seems to have the most awesome people on his channel.

So, good afternoon! Typically, the general suggestion is (and I am very specifically using the term "general suggestion" here) that a dude will cut until he is between 10% and 12% body fat and a chick will cut until she is between 20% and 23% body fat. If the next part of the thought process is to bulk, then those numbers…

It is a small amount of money for a ton of information. I follow Keto normally due to high A1C but am a huge fan of experimenting and seeing what the theory is and how that works for me. So, doing RFL. The training seesions, as mentioned, seem sparse....but I am not even one week into it. Let's see how I feel about that…

Awesome. That is a huge issue for a lot of people. It seems like a fair number of folks dont know much about Keto and start it and find out about it the hard way and end up moving to something else. Glad that you have mitigated that fun! I do track macros....I just dont use MFP for that. But that is just me. Lots of people…

DUDE! I will say it......WOW! Great work!

So, Day 3 of this.... Starting weigh-in was 211.6 (artificially high due to the huge amount of carbs I had the night before....I was 206.0 that morning). Today's weigh-in: 208.2 lbs. Going to focus mostly on the training sessions for this program. So, moving forward I will add a quick update (weigh-in) but will more…

DUDE! And.....LADY! MUCH MUCH MUCH RESPECT! Yes....yelling a little bit. That is freaking awesome. We all make excuses "Oh, since I am older it is sooooo much harder" (and similar). No excuses with you two! Awesome sauce! Just results!

Howdy, y'all!

Ashburn, VA? NICE! Salem, VA (well, in Winston-Salem, NC now....). I wish you all the fortune in the world.
-
AMEN to that! Yes, ma'am! 100% agree.
-
You are most welcome. MFP can be a little bit challenging at first. But, once you get the hang of things and of how it does things, not so challenging (like everything else in life)! Best of fortune to you with your 80lbs! Slow and steady wins the race, right? :-)

Well, my fun self is way too old! HA! Too bad!!!! To send a request, you click on that person's profile pic and something should pop up on your screen....I do not believe that you can send a request from that popup. So, click on their profile pic again (yes, not getting senile here) and that will take you to their…

Much respect, lady! I used to do powerlifting but kept hurting myself (poor programming....my fault...working at 85+% of 1RM three and four times a week in Squats and Deadlifts is not a bad idea, right? HA! Let me tell you how bad of an idea it is). I recently posted some pics (I am doing Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss…

I clearly ain't got no sense! LOL! I am a very easy-to-get-along with type of person and while I might get ticked off at things and get a bit emotional I recover from that quickly. And, it takes a lot to get under my skin....so, this will be okay. I am super blessed in that - for me - eating the same thing, all day long,…

Yes, ma'am! He still is! HA! HA! My silly humor (being pedantic).
