Reese's Custard Concrete from Sonic. That was my lunch and it was delicious. And I ate it at 1030 this am. I am thinking Saturday before work I want a cinnamon roll from the local pastry shop. Their cinnamon rolls are almost as big as my head!!!!!

The last few days have just been blah and I have actually just busted out in tears a couple times and today I had a custard concrete from Sonic..... I only ate half, but still. At least today is my early day and I can go home sooner. The over time is great especially since my hubby has been sick but I am sick of being here.

I felt like this over the weekend. I ate horribly, some how I lost .2lbs from Friday to today. I logged and according to MFP was just right at maint. one day a little over. And there was some extra bites and tastes that were not logged. So it isn't always as bad as it seems.

I set my calories for 2lbs/wk. I know that I can go 500 calories above that and still be in a losing zone. On weekends if we have a party or something I allow myself to maintenance. Went to breakfast with my momma this morning at our favorite local restaurant. Big bowl of steel cut oats with a banana some walnuts and a bit of brown sugar. 548 calories and I was stuffed until about 2pm. It was so so yummy!!!! I might have found a new regular breakfast there!!!!

Will be a year the end of this month I had mine. 3 months before that I had multiple procedures done at once. I am very obese (21lbs down since July though) and my surgeries were a breeze, recovery was a breeze. Stay positive.

1/2 cup oatmeal made into a patty browned in a tbsp of garlic and herb butter, 2 eggs over easy cooked in another tbsp of same butter, put those on top of oatmeal sprinkle with Mrs Dash and all mashed up together.... 430 cals and so so yummy!!!!! ;)

I use oats in my meatloaf. I adore 1/2 cup of oats, 1 cup boiling water....1tbsp butter....fry the oatmeal in a patty after adding seasonings of your choice, make a dippy egg.....mash it all up...YUM!!!
