I hear that. It is really all about having the right mental mindset from the beginning and staying dedicated. It becomes addicting when you start seeing results. I am picking up a bunch of weights and equipment from some friends that done use it anymore. Will just about have a full gym within our home!

Lots more energy at the end of the day. Less pain in the joints, back etc. first 30 days a lot of water weight. Just need to be dedicated! I maybe had 4-5 “cheat” meals over the last year. That doesn’t mean that I didn’t eat more occasionally. But I almost always stayed within what I wanted my macros to be.

I’m in on this. This will help me stick to my goal. I am on pace to make my December goal happen. I am going to lower my goal for January to a 5 lb loss from what ever my lowest logged weight is in the last week.

I use IF 16/8. I feel when I have a bigger breakfast I am normally more Hungary throughout the day. So I try to eat less than 300 calories for breakfast around 9:00. Lunch around 12 and dinner around 4-5

I have lost nearly 110 lbs without any exercise. Started in mid April. I am 15 lbs from my ultimate goal.

There was an interesting episode of Joe Rogan interviewing Dr Rhonda Patrick on IF. It’s on YouTube if you look up joe rogan Rhonda Patrick intermittent fasting. She had a lot of insightful knowledge on it.

Some weeks you will lose nothing. Sometimes I go 3 weeks going up and down but averaging the same weight before another 5-8 lb loss over the following week. You really cannot look at it weekly. Probably every 30 days is a good amount of time to determine a stall.

I second that. I think 5/35/60 or 5/30/65 is good. Try implementing IF. Some disagree with timing but I feel there are plenty of arguments going both ways. I have implemented 16/8 IF and it seems to help. I’m sure some will disagree. That is fine. It is working for me! I have lost 110 lbs starting in April without a single…

For me, sometimes I stay the same for 2-3 weeks before finally breaking through. I normally just avg 1900-2000 calories per day. I try not to get discouraged when it happens. Just stick to the plan.
