Thanks to everyone for helping me. I feel better now because of your advice. I also Went to see my dr because of the advice and she set me up with a newtrition and weightloss counciler (didnt know it was a thing) and I got labs done for all kinds of things to make sure I dont have an underlaying issue.

You do Not sound rude at all... Actually very helpful. I eat alot of fruit and vegies mostly because I like it. I was a vegetarian for awile. The Benifiber is because i feel like i need the fiber.

I was looking on amazon. I did get one from there last year but it killed batteries ao fast it was ridiculous. I saw one that calculates calories and stuff and i thought about getting it. But with MFP i dont think theres a point cuz its 49.99

I have to get a new one and I have been planing to. I try to stay 200 or 300 under because i dont have the scale. I have been stressing out so bad the last 2 days. Then I sat down and looked back at last year and saw how diffrent I was doing everthing then.

Sometimes I do eat more but I act as tho 1200 is my goal. I have lost 17lb so far and my goal is 40 by August 80 by Christmas and 150 total. I started at 314 pounds and I'm at 297 now and I'm on day 45 I sometimes have a problem being hungry and binge eating but it's not bad since I only have healthy foods on hand.

I have only been logging for a few day and im finding is very difficult to stay in the goals and it makes me realsize how much I was eating before. I find carbs are my big problem. And sugars a, close second. I also don't get enough protein in my diet. There is so much to work on.
