Hi! I am currently 28 weeks pregnant with my second child. I have re-joined MFP as I need to keep track of my calories!! I’ve been over indulging and using pregnancy as an excuse and have gained 2 stone (28lb) so far. I’ve set my calories to 2200 a day and hope this will help me pick better choices and stop me from eating…

You’re doing amazing, stick with it. Not sure what your doing to lose weight but try mixing it up a little to get moving again. More water, a different type of exercise or just trying new foods. Hope you bust out your plateau soon!

Hi, Well done on the 10lb loss!! That's a great start!! I am the same weight 188lb and aiming to get down to 135lb - I started at 235lb on 1st Feb. I find MFP is a great app for losing weight and the people I have met have met have been so supportive :)
-
You and me both!!
-
Welcome to MFP!! Good luck on your weight loss journey!!

Ooo this was me 6 months ago, it's amazing what a simple change in diet can make, I had to force myself to eat breakfast in the beginning as I always skipped it - now I'm eating more (good choices) and losing weight.. MFP is a great app, have a look at your macros and see what you should be aiming for, it can be quite…

I hate that!! Have you taken measurements to see if you are losing there instead of on the scale? What about trying a new exercise to see if that helps get you going again? Keep at it though, it will go eventually :)
-
Hey, I'm 5'0 - Started at 235lb and down to 188lb aiming for 135 then once I get there see if I want to go lower :) Feel free to add me :)

I got a Fitbit today also, have been having same issue, have now done as cyber suggested and now showing as Fitbit adjustment :) Now it's updating steps with Fitbit will it auto add exercise? I use MapMyWalk and add my own exercise in like wii fit - will the Fitbit now take over? Or will I still need to add these in?…

8lb loss in a month is an amazing loss!! Stop comparing yourself to your husband, everyone's body's are different and what works for him won't necessarily work for you. But an 8lb loss is nothing to be sniffed at!! Another 8lb loss next month will take you to over a stone!! Keep at it

Personally I would go and enjoy myself, eat what I fancy but not over eat and have a few drinks and have fun. Drink lots of water the next day and get back on the diet
-
I had 100lb to lose, down 38.5lb so far, add me and we can continue our journeys together!! We've got this!!
