Add me! I am 10 weeks postpartum from having my 3rd child. I gained 70 lbs with the pregnancy and have lost 40 already. I still have 30 more lbs to go and could also really use an accountability partner.

I go by what I have on hand and just make it up as I go along lol. Tonight I have a jar of 2 carb per serving alfredo in the cupboard, I have a chicken breast already cooked in the fridge, I have a bag of fresh broccoli, and like 5 different kinds of cheese. I eat a large breakfast, a decent sized dinner and just a couple small snacks in between. This seems to work best for me as I am not very hungry mid day because of having such a large breakfast.

I make all my stuff homemade(I'm a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time on my hands lol) and I just use the add recipe feature, and put in how many it serves and it gives you an exact count of everything.

You can do this! If you are on track weighing/measuring and logging everything you eat you will start to see the scale move. Some people get it, some dont. Going by the highest weight I've ever been I have been 115 pounds heavier than I am right now and yes I have some loose skin and stretch marks but not enough in my opinion to even consider surgery.

I don't snack a lot but when I do its pork rinds if a want a chip like snack, if I feel like a cracker type of snack I will have a few whisps cheese crisps, or a handful of nuts.

If your a busy person crock pot is your best friend if you ask me. Pork roasts, beef roast, crock pot shredded chicken, pork ribs set it on low and forget it for 7-8 hours. I drink over a gallon a day but only because my one medication side effect is extreme thirst. Before taking this med there is no way I could drink even close to a gallon a day lol!

No he has no basis for his assumptions about your lifestyle. I also eat lower carb, higher fat as a means to help me control symptoms of a chronic illness. People always make assumptions without knowing the whole picture. I would not allow him to bother you in the slightest.

I think the person who said your calories may be too low hit the nail on the head. So either that or you are not weighing and measuring your food correctly causing you to underestimate how much your actually eating.

I was vegan for a little over a year and lost 40 pounds. The main thing is you need to be preparing your own homemade foods not buying processed packaged vegan foods. I don't weigh/measure everything but I do measure things that are very calorie dense such as nut butters, cream for coffee, cheese, butter.
