If you're starting keto without a plan, you're gonna have a bad time.

There are probably some keto groups here on MFP. Reddit has a really good keto subreddit. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post links here though, but if you use reddit's search function you should be able to find it.

Hello and welcome! I suggest you check out the main low carber daily forum group here in MFP. It's where most of us Ketophiles tend to hang out:

    http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/discussions/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group

There are also lost of resources in the sticky note / launch pad area in this group including several dozen links to LCHF recipes, etc.

http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com/, http://www.ruled.me, https://www.dietdoctor.com/ all have downloadable weekly meal plans with shopping lists to help you out. Be careful of the first one if you don't care for spicy food, I usually cut her use of vinegar or other "spicy" type things in half

I'd check out the 2KetoDudes at https://www.ketogenicforums.com/. This is one of the most comprehensive sites for keto discussion and many people to help you through it.

If your a busy person crock pot is your best friend if you ask me. Pork roasts, beef roast, crock pot shredded chicken, pork ribs set it on low and forget it for 7-8 hours. Precook your breakfast meats at the beginning of the week bacon, sausage patties and links so all you have to do is heat them up when you want them. Pre boil a dozen eggs also so they are in the fridge ready to eat. In a pinch string cheese, and lunch meat and cheese roll ups. Make sure you are weighing your food so you know exactly what your putting in. You just have to plan ahead to set yourself up for success.
