I am also 29 and currently 66 kg. I eat at about 1400 calories per day+ exercise calories and lost like 5 kg in 7 weeks. It seems your calorie intake is too low, leaving you unsatisfied and ultimately bingeing.

I agree with the post above. I weaned my baby like 1 month ago and in the process i noticed that i was still producing milk after a week of last breastfeeding or so. Baby was 10 months old. I don't think you need extra calories at this point.

So sorry you are having complications. I also had a c section last year but no problems with the incision. I still had to go easy on myself and limit exercise (i was a runner before). It took about 8 months before i felt completely comfortable with the scar (the numbness went away). Be patient, your body needs to heal. You…

I also had my daughter 11 months ago. I've lost 5 kg now in 6 weeks after cleaning up my diet. I dont't have much to lose, my CW is 66 kg so i have to lose another 6. In a day i typically have omelette for breakfast (2 eggs, scallion, skim milk, zucchini or bell pepper). Chicken with vegetables for lunch and leftovers for…

Mu daughter is 11 months and i was BF until she was 10 months. I was stuck at 70 kg when BF (no matter how much i walked with her). 59 kg pre-pregnancy weight, size 4, i am 5,3. So until i weaned my baby it was difficult to curb my appetite. Weight is going down now since i am not more constantly hungry and get a lot more…

I don't drink them at all. And i don't miss them. Everybody here is for the long haul i guess and talks about lifestyle change to achieve weightloss and then maintain it. But apparently ppl are still eating/drinking bad as long as its in calorie goal. While it won't affect weightloss it is proven that soda and some…

I am of eastern European descent, but was born and raised in Central Asia (for those not familiar it is one of the -stan countries), now living in western Europe. I don't consume grains and follow a diet high in protein and fat. No problems with digestion ever. It has more to do with your surroundings than ethnic heritage…

I am not a DR. I have a friend who was quite skinny and was told by her ObGyn that she can't get pregnant bcs if some hormonal disbalance. She then thought she will not use any contraception if this is the case and got pregnant in a couple of months. She did develop gestational diabetes and many other problems through her…

You should probably wait until you finish breastfeeding. once finished you would be able to stay in a deficit. If you are not accurately logging food and counting calories you probably eat more than you think. It is easy bcs BF increases hunger and cravings in my opinion. Stay positive, dont hate your body, focus on your…

My husband is filipino and his family ate rice like we eat bread, it came with literally every meal. I have nothing against rice but don't like how it's served bland usually and comes just as empty calories without much of a taste sensation. I excluded rice and bread from my diet for some time now and he doesn't complain…

Some people cannot even afford to go on a beach holoday, bcs they have no leave/no money/ cannot leave their family and million other reasons. Just try and enjoy the trip and be aware of what you have and not of what you don't have.

I use coconut oil. But i think the trick is not to just put it onto the skin but really massage it in using your tumb and index fingers. This helped me during the pregnancy and i had zero stretchmarks.

I am also 5.3 and was 130 pounds pre-pregnancy. I lost weight in the first trimester (about 3 pounds or so) and started gaining in the second trimester once i was able to eat normal again. Alltogether i gained 25 lbs and was 150 when discharged from the hospital. I didn't have MFP last year so i didn't track anything, but…

Most of egg's nutrients are in the yolk, so instead of 1 whole egg 3 eggwhites i would just make 2 whole eggs omelette with a bit of milk. I add zucchini/mushrooms/bell peppers/or tomatoes and some fat reduced ham too to the omelette. Makes it voluminous and satisfying

Try calorie lighter food which you can eat a lot of. Eggs/ veggie omelette for breakfast, chicken and salad for lunch, maybe some light soup based on veg broth instead of cream-base for dinner. I have about 20 pounds to lose to get to pre baby weight and have noticed some overeating bcs of breastfeeding too. I have never…

I agree. I couldn't lose any weight until i stopped breastfeeding when my daughter was around 9,5 months.

I am 5,3 and losing baby weight. Currently about 149 lbs. the heaviest weight (before baby was born) was 75 kg. My normal weight was 125 lbs and i had a tiny upper body with thin waist and muscular legs. *sigh*. Stopped eating packaged food and upped my protein. So far lost about 5 pounds since beginning of March. I don't…

Try weighing in after your next period. I'm sure you will see results if you are eating in a deficit. I also started as of March and weight didn't move for 3 weeks, i noticed change in clothes, they were looser. Then i saw -1,5 kg:) carry on and don't lose hope. You are busy making healthier choices and exercising and this…

Are you breastfeeding your baby? If so, try not to cut your calories too much, but focus more on protein, vegetables, fruit. To be honest when my baby was 4 months i was so hungry bcs of BF that i could not lose anything at all. It started coming off when she was around 7-8 months (inch-wise) and now after finishing…

Rice, bcs it's empty calories, white bread/flour, any kind of soda and fruit juices (i prefer coffee or whole fruit), any packaged pizza, peanut butter. I wished i could exclude sweets too.
-
Same thing was my experience. I now lost almost 2 kg without much effort really once i stopped breastfeeding. When my child was 3-4 months i was at my my "highest" appetite, bcs this is the time the baby drinks higher amounts thus making you super hungry.

I eat dark chocolate (abt 60-70% cocoa amount). It can be only 2-3 pieces, 130 cal. Or i eat pineapple with plain yogurt, i used to add honey to it but now i stopped doing it. Once you find your ways to save calories (i.e. coffee without cream, limejuice and vinegar instead of dressing on your salad etc.) and stick to it…

Once i drastically reduced grains, bread, pasta, pizza, sugar, alcohol and eliminated any juices or sodas from my "diet" i am a lot less hungry although i eat about 1300 cal per day. As ppl say it is individual for everyone, for me those things make me more hungry or trigger cravings, so i stay away from them. I do have a…

The only thing i like more than eating is sleeping. Go to sleep early and your late night bingeing will stop

My apprentice at work (early twenties, about 5,5) was into bodybuilding and when he did his cutting phase he literally ate only protein. To begin with his figure resembled the OPs. He lost a lot of weight in a short period of time. He ate steamed fish, cottage cheese, protein shakes... his journey was successful but i…

Just checked my runtastic log, i was running about 50 km per week 2 years ago before the pregnancy. What i love about running the most is that you don't need anything like gear, tool, car to get you someplace to exercise. all you need is some shoes. I don't have a gym membership or a treadmill at home so for me running is…

Congrats on the baby! I also had a c section last year, i weighed myself while in labor (73 kg) and the day i was discharged from the hospital i weighed 70 kg. In fact my weight went down to 67 kg when the baby was about 2 weeks, but due to nursing i gained back those 3 kg and stayed 70 kg for pretty much now. Some women…

Been there. I am 5,3 and usually weighed around 125-130 lbs, was very active and looked petite. During the pregnancy i gained about 15 Kilo, left hospital at 70 kg (about 155 lbs). I exclusively breastfed my daughter and it made me so hungry. Ravenous. I felt tired, constantly hungry and angry. I am now breastfeeding 1…
