Not losing weight :(

I started on MFP about 3 weeks ago and gone over my calories twice.
I try to eat between 1200 and 1400 calories per day. My goal according to the app is 1430.
I also started exercising and burn around 200 calories. I do not eat my exercise calories, because I'm still a beginner and not yet that fit, so the calories I burn is not that much. I run 5-6 times a week, right now it's about 2.5km and I do mountain biking once or twice a week.
This is the first time in like 10 years that I have not been on a diet, I only try to stay under my calorie range and exercise. I know the weight will not come of easy and I don't mind working hard this time, but according to MFP I should have lost a couple of lbs by now, but I don't.
I would just like to loose something and I'm scared that I'm busy doing something that's not working for me.
I was thinking that maybe my body is so used to different types of diets and no exercise and stuff that it needs to adjust to my new lifestyle. I still cannot help but wonder if I'm doing something wrong.
Should I eliminate certain foods? Should I give it time? Should I look at my macros more?
I don't know... Any advice would be appreciated.
I want to loose weight and be healthy, but have no idea how. I feel like starting to exercise is a step in the right direction, now it's just maybe the food that still needs to change, I don't know??
I weigh all my food, btw and log in EVERYTHING!!!

3 weeks is not enough time to see results, keep at it.

Are you weighing everything you eat on a scale? If this is newer exercise you may be holding on to water weight as well

Try weighing in after your next period. I'm sure you will see results if you are eating in a deficit. I also started as of March and weight didn't move for 3 weeks, i noticed change in clothes, they were looser. Then i saw -1,5 kg:) carry on and don't lose hope. You are busy making healthier choices and exercising and this is not a waste of time.

I have been told that 3 weeks is not long enough. My husband (who joined a year ago and lost 30 lbs. in 4 mos.) told me this past weekend that we start to lose right away and there are times that you will go a few weeks without losing. Just stay focused and keep at it! It's slowly kicking back in for me. I'm not giving up. I also had to stop weighing myself every singe day - it became an obsession and it was upsetting me and starting to affect my mental state everyday. lol!

stick to your calorie goal for 2 weeks , if you see no results then you may need to increase accordingly , watch your sodium intake you may be holding water , sodium can take up to 3 days to pass through the body unless you are working out , or drinking enough water to flush it out. The Plan that works best for me is to eat 200-300 cal meals throughout the day , I wait until I feel hunger again and have the next 200-300 cal meal. and at dinner time I will close the gap on the remainder of the calories. it works for me.

Hold the course, BUT also examine your logging.

Are you truly logging everything? I'm not trying to say you're not telling the truth, but I've had conversations where people will say they log everything and then tell me that "cooking oil doesn't count because you lift the food out of it," or "I don't count my drinks, because how many calories could be in that cup of coffee or glass of wine anyway?"

Do you eat out a lot? Portion sizes in restaurants are usually far larger than the ones they use to calculate nutritional information. Do you eat a lot of packaged food? Check the weights on your servings for awhile to see if they're really the size the package claims.

Thank you so much to everyone, I got some really great advice! I'm going to buy myself a new scale, my current one is old and not digital. I also don't take it to work, because I don't eat a lot at work, but maybe that's my problem... I'm definitely taking the new one to work and will weigh every single thing!! The thing that bothers me most is the fact that it feels like I'm actually picking up weight which is sad! I only drink water and coffee and thinking that I should start limiting my coffee from 3 to 1 per day. I'm not giving up, by the way because for the first time in years I actually enjoy exercise and that's awesome!!!
