Sugar is not to be omitted from your diet. Your brain needs sugar. We function with the help of sugar. What needs to be done is as we all know, follow a balanced diet. Everything in moderation. Be mindful. That is all.

I think you should be mindful on the calories you eat. if you have a set goal, try to stick to it. Sometimes is hard but as long as you balance with workouts or maybe go a bit lower the next day then you won't be in so much trouble. I've seen patients whose kidney function have deteriorated because of the use of creatine. Be careful with that. If you can reach your goals without ingesting any supplements, go for that safe way better.

I usually do not drink tea with sugar, but if I added lemon I use stevia. Just an 8th of a tiny spoon. that's enough for up to 12 oz cup.

The secret is to eat a balanced diet, calories matter. I don't want to say eat all the sugar you want (because if you don't exercise it will accumulate in your waist!!!) As per today my weight is 171.3 lbs. My goal (for these 21 weeks i hope) is to get to 155 lbs. I want to lose about 10 inches.

It will get easier as you are able to eat better daily and exercise as well. Even if it's a 15 minute walk around the block, at least you started with that.. daily... then increase the speed a little the week after...and so on. At home, try stretching daily.. as much as your body allows, increase everyday.. then start…

I think my husband supports me into exercising because of my many back problems, he doesn't complain when i leave the house 3 times per week. But he is not the one person that tells me let's go to the gym on weekends or let's eat salad for dinner. I don't push him to do them (i gave up trying!!) and i've learnt to respect…
