  • Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Enjoy yourself today and do remember that weight loss is a journey and sometimes, you may need to stop to rest. One meal isn't a whole fitness plan ruined! I am thankful for all your company here.
  • @mthwbrwn - I decided to shave off 200 cals from my daily intake which brings me down to the minimum 1000 and it has helped. On days where I do go over the 1000, I have 200 more in reality but I don't like to think of it that way. Good luck!

  • I wanted to add that I have found my silver bullet in spaghetti squash. Great alternative to rice or potato and only 43 calories a cup.
