They were significantly easier tonight!
5/7 2x30 sec, now with moving each foot forward & back [seeing a major improvement in just 2-3 weeks] PT said core is fastest muscles to build!!!
[gap due to real sore stomach muscles)

Thanks for the challenge! It was a tough! My yoga teachers have also been doing timed planks in class. I’ve seen my improvement in class as a result of doing this challenge.1 -

I have a correction to make - I got confused at the end of the month. I decided in advance to have a day off on Friday 31st so put my last update in on Thursday 30th pm, but then got confused and added an extra 5.5 minutes on the end of the list. So my total was about 124 minutes.0
