    Ok, I've been doing straight arm planks because I read they're harder. But just read a good report on planking, and while straight arm planks are a good workout for the upper body, forearm planks work the core more. So starting tomorrow, I'm going to try doing both, at different times during the day. Let's DO this! :smiley:
