    Complete Beginner & First Timer here :)

    5/1: 2x30 sec, modified forearm plank from my PT
    5/3: 2x30 sec, modified forearm plank
    5/6 2x30 sec, modified forearm plank
    They were significantly easier tonight!
    5/7 2x30 sec, now with moving each foot forward & back [seeing a major improvement in just 2-3 weeks] PT said core is fastest muscles to build!!!

    May Goal: Minimum 10 mins, Max 15 mins
