Been rather stagnant on the loss over the last month in both BF and in weight. It time to refocus and put the best 4 weeks into the last 4 weeks!8 -

Quite a drop this week! I did not eat enough this week I am fully aware of this, I'll try and eat closer to my goal this time to get a more gradual loss. But I'm not complaining about this nice boost of motivation.

Your goal is absolutely realistic. I truly believe that you can make it to your goal if you really double down on the next few weeks. It would also be worth it to drink more water incase you have any nasty water weight dragging down your progress. You're doing great!2 -

Honestly, that's not bad, been up late (studying), up early (working), stopped tracking last few days, have hardly left house (so I've missed my normal 90min walk a day...I walk to work, etc... so my activity is way down), drinking too much tea + coffee, not enough water and decided once I wasn't eating 'junk' I could eat what ever I wanted till I got this submission done. So I guess I've been eating at maintenance, probably a bit over, but I get a bit of respite from tomorrow for a couple of weeks. So back to logging absolutely everything, dig out the bike and find the gym again
Was reading the chats / stats about folks being on here, interesting... thanks @mthwbrwn Honestly, I think the last week would have re-railed me at another time, but knowing I was checking in here did add a level of moderation.

Like I didn't already know that. So I stopped going for years. I went back at the beginning of this journey, in August. This time, however, I proudly walked into the office. Down nearly 60 pounds since summer, down nearly 90 from my highest. Everything went well. Just missed the call about my bloodwork.. That will have to wait until tomorrow. Been a good day.7

Amazing loss! And I agree. I love hiking as both a physical challenge and mental break. We hiked a bunch in Colorado on vacay this summer and at 11,000 feet, it kicked my booty! So beautiful!

Well, no movement this week though I have a pretty good idea on why. Got a bit lazy with my tracking and think some of my food entries were incorrect. I'll be sure to get more accurate this week and hopefully get a big loss to make up for the lack of movement.5 -
Goals:Eat more protein and fiber and greens. Start back into strength workouts daily, keep running to be ready for the Turkey Trot 5 mile run on Thanksgiving. Drink more water during the day.

My goal for this challenge is to power through the Halloween & Thanksgiving holidays and avoid as many temptations as possible to show a one pound loss per week. Out-of-town Christmas shopping travels will be the biggest challenge!
