    12 Week Challenge Lifestyle Goals:
    • 15:9 Intermittent Fasting schedule - Currently 14:10 going to 15:9 on the 23rd so this challenge is right on time
    • Workout 3-4 x/week - This will change hopefully as we get further along in the challenge

    Highest Weight: 240lbs
    Current Weight: 222lbs (before first weigh in)
    12 Week Goal Weight: 199lbs (why not)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 160

    Weigh In:

    9/23: 223.4
    9/30: 222.4 - I was down during the week, but considering it was my b-day weekend, I'm happy with this number.
    10/07: 221
    10/14:
    10/21: 225.2 - This is definitely the result of the weekend. I went out to dinner Friday, Saturday and yesterday. Probably a huge sodium surplus

    Finally done with weekend trips that involve food, booze and fun! Time to buckle down and stick to a plan.

    Goals for this week: Exercise every day. Log my food. Drink more water. Read. Go to a yoga class and see how my back feels. Celebrate my husband's and both kids' birthdays - yes....all this week! October is never easy but always so fun!

    My goal for this challenge is to power through the Halloween & Thanksgiving holidays and avoid as many temptations as possible to show a one pound loss per week. Out-of-town Christmas shopping travels will be the biggest challenge!

    So 4 pounds (essentially) in 4 weeks, with a trip in between. Be proud of yourself + don't beat yourself up.
