9/30: 222.4 - I was down during the week, but considering it was my b-day weekend, I'm happy with this number.

10/21: 225.2 - This is definitely the result of the weekend. I went out to dinner Friday, Saturday and yesterday. Probably a huge sodium surplus3 -
Finally done with weekend trips that involve food, booze and fun! Time to buckle down and stick to a plan.
Goals for this week: Exercise every day. Log my food. Drink more water. Read. Go to a yoga class and see how my back feels. Celebrate my husband's and both kids' birthdays - yes....all this week! October is never easy but always so fun!

My goal for this challenge is to power through the Halloween & Thanksgiving holidays and avoid as many temptations as possible to show a one pound loss per week. Out-of-town Christmas shopping travels will be the biggest challenge!

Since Monday are my highest days of the week. I have also included mu 7 day average for the week. Really looking to break into the 130's by the end of this challenge.

9/23: 145.4 (Avg 144.47) - Weekends are my downfall. Had my youngest daughters birthday party and drank a little to much with the family on Saturday. It always hits me 2 days later.
9/30: 145.9 (Avg 142.41) - tailgating for the Cowboys game. Drank and ate way to much yesterday. Feel terrible today and realizing I am getting way to old for these crazy weekends anymore.
10/07: 143.2 (Avg 143.11) - Took a 3 day weekend this weekend. Had a little bit of a fall Saturday night and just needed to rest. The hubby and I are going to see a movie (Joker) and probably go out to lunch. Not having any snacks or popcorn though at the movies.
10/14: 142.8 (Avg 143.07) - My lowest Monday ever. Did really well this weekend and am super proud that I held it together. If I can get my Mondays (which is usually my highest day of the week) down to 138 I will be stoked! Although, I haven't even been able to get my lowest days of the week into the 130's yet, lol.
10/21: 144.6 (Avg 142.33) - Yup I had a really good weekend. Darnitt! At least my 7 day average is still trending down.

Kind of in a diet slump (tired of logging every day) so hoping meal planning and not logging for a couple of weeks will help me get motivated again. I’ve worked so hard this year that I know I don’t want to go in the other direction, but doubt will get to 120 by the end of year (52 lbs was probably a bit too ambitious for my height)

I'm not losing much weight Losing motivation to diet, some days I constantly look for food to eat, especially when I'm doing mentally demanding work. One good thing I did was going to the gym though. Goal of this week is to develop a better relationship with food -- not craving them all the time.

I'm really happy that I'm now in a new decade in regards to my weight. I've surpassed my goal weight of 273 for this challenge. My new goal weight is only going to be 259 lbs (10.6 lbs to lose) and if I reach this before the end of this challenge, I will make another new one.
Goal for this week: Continue to increase water intake, and work on exercises given to me by my occupational and physical therapist to improve upper and lower body strength and mobility.

Goals for this week: Exercise. Log my food. Drink more water. Cook more veggie meals. Quit yoga and see how my back feels. Try to get my back back on track. Went to yoga and not sure if that or twisting in my sleep caused my back issues but dang it hurts. No desire to run. And appetite not great so the loss is probably false.
