It’s been two years to the day since I received a gift from a very good friend. He gave me a good kick in the ace and MFP. In those two years I’ve connected with some truly awesome and inspirational people from all over the world. I’m looking forward to all the years to come. In progress. Never easy, always worth it.

Great progress everyone. I’ve added a bit more muscle mass but I’ve also added a bit of the “less desirable” mass also. The facial expression is an indication of how I feel about it. 😂😂😂
