I’m 37 5’5. At my max weight was 221 lbs. im currently 164lbs and just maintaining and toning !!! I wanna see you!!!

@Peach7911 and @shadow2soul you both look incredible!! Gives me some hope that I will get there eventually. I started at 278.6 and today weighed in at 226.8. Still have a long way to go but I am making progress!!17

3rd pic, 214lbs after 7 month bulk taken last November

190 to 167, 4 months of a high protein calorie deficit and a simple 4 day a week upper lower split with heavy dumbbells

Heaviest is 260 in the 1st pic. Last pic is 180. Still have 40 pounds to go but I am super proud!

Starting weight 230, now 130 5’4

4 weeks in start 202lb now at 184... feeling good about it! 14lbs to first goal and then another 30 to my dream weight!14 -
Down about 100lbs over about a year and a half of good old diet&exercise. Now a month into leangains protocol turned for fat loss/muscle maintenance, to clean up the last belly fat and build some muscle slowly. Once I get body fat where I want I'll switch to a recomp or gain protocol.

A different before and after- I've lost 81lbs so far in my journey, but this is a 5 month weightlifting transformation. Don't trust the scale when it refuses to move because THIS might be happening. :-) There is "only" 12 lbs between these photos.
