    I am having trouble sticking to this diet plan, had trouble with Weight Watchers after they changed the program, before I lost to goal weight and maintained for 2 years.

    As if today I've lost one automobile tire! Only 1 more to go! Going out for a run in a bit. Glad I dont have to carry that tire with me.
