Sometimes we need a break, physical and psychological, just to keep us going, one bad week, all it does is delay the total loss by a few days :)

Truly inspiring, your probably already know this, (but just in case) if your feet ache, look after them, as achy feet can lead to overstraining the tendons in the foot, and the dreaded plantar fasciitis, ice and lots of stretching your feet. Fantastic stepping

I use ethritol and Stevia, doesn't stimulate sweet cravings with me. Fingers video is very good!

Most scales will give you a slightly different weight, so it's probably the new scales.

I've lost a lot, but I find more people want to tell why of how I have done it wrong, or how I couy improve. Usually it's people who have not been able to loose weight themselves.
