IF will not hurt you if living a Keto lifestyle. Keto is generally 20 carbs daily the the remainder of the meal is composed of healthy fats, butter, cream, some nuts,etc. Proteins and 20 grams of carbs. You don’t want to eat too much protein or it will kick you out of ketosis. It’s a great way of eating.

I am also starting one meal a day (OMAD). I have done it before and it works well. I have learned to stay hydrated. Cucumber water is a big help.

Keto ice cream is delicious. Look on Keto Connect for recipes. Be careful. I don’t make it anymore because I would eat the entire bowl in one sitting. 🤭

FB has a Keto community and Keto Connect has great recipes and Pinterest is also an awesome place for Keto recipes. Just type in “Keto” and it will give you ideas.

While on Keto make sure you take Magnesium supplements. If you have Diabetes please be sure to check your blood sugar as you will see it will go down. Carbs can be damaging to the body especially if you have diabetes. Once removed you will find your body will being to heal.

Hi I am new to running and it’s intimidating to me but I am overcoming my fears. At present, I live in Hawaii. I have started my running journey using the treadmill. As time progresses I may try to run outside. It is beautiful scenery here!
