    ok what is the Definition of intermittent fasting? doesnt that slow your metabolism? Confused and New.

    IF will not hurt you if living a Keto lifestyle. Keto is generally 20 carbs daily the the remainder of the meal is composed of healthy fats, butter, cream, some nuts,etc. Proteins and 20 grams of carbs. You don’t want to eat too much protein or it will kick you out of ketosis. It’s a great way of eating.

    keto is 50 net grams or less actually but most do 20 g or less.as for to much protein kicking you out of ketosis there is no set number so how much that would be would probably vary person to person and there is a type of keto where you eat higher protein and lower fat and carbs. keto is driven by low carb intake. also athletes can be in ketosis with 100 g net of carbs at times too.IF wont hurt you even if not doing keto unless you are not eating for days on end then it might be a game changer
