Hi are your headaches due to trying to lose weight? Maybe a visit to your physician is needed

You do not need to workout to lose weight

I found Keto to not be sustainable for long periods. I do so much better counting calories than restricting carbs and eating fat bombs. I still try to do lower carb but not to the point of KETO. I do a 40f 35p 25c macro and seems to work well for me, plus I stay under the MFP calorie recommendation and bank those for a…

That's just the percentage of the calories you inputted so far (your creamer and egg whites) not the whole day. As you add more food to your diary it will adjust

5lbs a week is almost all water weight. Drinking lots of water and cutting down on sodium would give the same results the 1st week or 2. but 1-2 should be what you are looking to lose a week

You don't need to workout to lose weight

I tried years ago but couldn't do a lot of moves due to a back issue. I did find DDP Yoga. Used to be called Yoga for regular guys. I've done 1.0 and 2.0 DVD's the last few years and helped me a lot until I tore a rotator cuff (nothing to do w/ the yoga I was being stupid). They have a streaming service or you can find the…

Not the MFP app but an extension for Firefox phone app will. I have it setup on my computer too
-
Yes, I've done that for years while losing weight
-
Maybe the bar code isn't in the MFP database. Could you search for it by name?

I prefer to workout at home

You can do it. I lost 65lbs when I was 50. Just watched my diet an no exercise for the 1st 50lbs. Started doing PiYo and DDP w/ my wife and lost the next 15lbs

I tore my Achilles tendon beginning of the year. Can't drive and only able to get to work 2-3 days a week (office It job) and using a knee scooter to get around. Using crutches puts a lot of pressure on my hip/back. I've just been focusing on caloric intake and tons of water. Ive dropped 17lbs since.

I did this five years ago and kept it off for 4. I had a few stumbling blocks the last year but when I did it I was 290 and got down to 225 in 6 months. 1st 3 months w/o any exercise. Cheat meal every Sunday to give me something to look forward to.

I tore my Achilles tendon during the Christmas break. I've been in a cast ever since and can only get around w/ a knee scooter. Most of the time I'm on the recliner w/ my leg elevated. I lost 12lbs since.

You need to take in less until you start losing. I need to do 200 less than the recommended to lose anything
-
I eat less during the week so we can do a cheat meal on Sunday.

Happens to the best of us. I was down over 65lbs and kept most of it off until last year. Not sure what triggered it but gained most if not more back (I quit weighing myself) and now trying to lose it gain. Down about 14 (from my highest before my 65lb loss) in the 6 weeks.

25 is my 1st goal for the year. Hoping to have a 2nd 25 off before vacation next summer

What makes you think the premium will make you achieve your goal?

If you are on a computer (not phone app) you can install a script that keeps track of net carbs.
