  • I feel so much better when I consume lots of protein, try to make a lot of it nuts instead of meat and whey but my body works better with higher than recommended amounts and I lose weight easier when I have plenty of protein and healthy fats.

  • Sorry about your ankle. On days you don't want to mess with cooking you might get some "Fit Kitchen" frozen dinners. They have plenty of protien, a little higher in carbs than I like but not a bad easy choice.

  • I grow them in flowerboxes in my kitchen (mostly lettuce and herbs my favorites) and yes, it is possible that there are some issues with the soil, my goal is as few pesticides as possible when possible.   • I take liquid iodine from health food store, not recommending that anyone take anything but it seems to helps me.
  • Maybe, but the muscle testing I do is very blind and very consistent. Some so called whole foods make me fell yucky too (Brazil nuts, cabbage - yikes, the bloat, etc.) But over all, things considered whole, healthy have a more possitve effect on me personally.

  • Yep, still recovering from trip home for Easter. Too much emotional stress everywhere I turn so I just keep to myself. No man/ woman is an island (so they say) but it seems best that way sometimes.

  • Have you tried Epic bars (Bison are good) - real food, ready to eat, very filling, few ingredients, no nitrates, 7 g protien, 130 calories.
  • Firm banana and peanut butter.
  • Epic biosn jerky it contains cranberry. Small is only 130 calories, very fast and filling.
  • Maybe I need to space it out more, it's exhausting, when I am not in the bathroom, I am needing to go. I know my body needs it because I feel thirsty now that I am not stuffing myself with food constantly. Tks

  • Just trying to figure out if there is a best time if day to drink the recommended 8 glasses of water so that I am not constantly needing to urinate. I space it out but have gone 12 times with 6 glasses.
