I weighed myself using my Salter MiBody. Body mass is very close to the Tanita's reading but body fat very different.

FitBit calorific expenditure from exercise is grossly inaccurately. I find that Polar HR monitors are much more accurate.

I enjoy exercising in the gym. Its not just about weight loss. It's assisting me with my work and studies. My gym regime is: 1hour ellipital machine, 1 hour exercise bike and then 30 mins of resistance training (weights). I changed to the Precor elliptical trainer today and had a much better workout: 940 cals expenditure.…
