Ribs in Instantpot then finished under a broiler brushed with BBQ sauce, coleslaw and acorn squash pure for sides. Easy hands off dinner really.

    😋Delish!

I can't do photo as I don't have a smart phone, and no usb for my camera;. Yesterday, I made ground sirloin grilled patty, roasted tator tots, raw cherry tomatoes, and raw mini sliced cucumber, it was colorful and a clean eating meal

    Welcome!

I made some pasta with Ragu classic sauce and drank 8 ounces of Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar with the mother. Sounds great, doesn't it?

I don't know if this is the right place to post, but I bought myself a Cuisinart indoor grill a year ago. It lets you pick your category (chicken, pork, meat, fish) and it alerts you to the doneness. I use it almost every day. It was a bit pricey, but when I break down the cost per use, it was really cheap. And the non-stick panels go into the dishwasher. It beats getting the grill up all the time.

I've never heard of that, it sounds really interesting. I think I'm going to have to look into this. I love cooking and grilling, but yeah- traditional grilling can be a pain and it's a lot of work (in my experience). Thanks so much for mentioning this elsie!

Chicken laksa made with commercial laksa paste. Som tam made with spiralized carrot and granny smith apple because green papaya is hard to come by in London.

OMG! I can almost taste it. Love how you paired the Laksa with Som tam. Just that crunchy fresh bite to cool the palate. I'm inspired, unfortunately, all I have is shwarma spices. Hmmmm

Last night I made a Brussels sprout and chicken gratin with Parmesan cheese. My partner is eating Keto style, but I’m not...so a lot of food in the house right now is pretty high in fat. I figure I can enjoy it too, just in smaller amounts, and fill in with more veggies or fruit if I’m still hungry. So far so good, and the gratin was pretty tasty.

From last night: chicken stir fry - marinated boneless skinless chicken thighs in a mix of white miso paste and sake, and stir fried them with onion and fresh green beans.

In reality I wanted to use black bean paste but we didn't have any and the non-asian grocery store didn't either.

Cajun red beans made with fresh sweet onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic, plus a stack of spices including smoked paprika; added a bit of brewed coffee to the broth and it tasted great

Last night I seared two pieces of salmon in the pan then baked it. While the salmon was baking I cooked some fresh green beans in fresh garlic, fresh onions, and almond flakes. It was all delicious and topped out at about 600 calories.

Last night I made individual vegetarian pot pies (in ramekins) with roasted rosemary-garlic broccoli and carrots. I also made 'chocolate covered strawberry brownies' for dessert since we had another couple over and we were celebrating their recent engagement.

Last night I made tacos. My husband throws his all in a big bowl and eats it with chips, and I actually make tacos out of it on flour tortillas.

Vegan spaghetti Bolognaise (I’m not vegan I just figured out that everyone likes this meal so I cook it). I use green lentils instead of meat, and whole-wheat spaghetti:)
