Username : jaydoh120 Week : March Week 1 PW : 215.6 (I think) CW : 213.3 Hi All. My name is Julie. I am 41 and 5'9. I have two boys and live in South Africa. I started mfp in October 2018 at 264.5lbs and set out to lose 120lbs to reach my goal weight of 145. I have had some wobbles but so far so good! I have about 8lbs to…

I'm in too for Monday Weigh-ins. I also do another challenge but I have been struggling to stay on track. Maybe I just need more accountability. Username : jaydoh120 Week : February Week 4 PW: 216.5 CW: 215.4 Not too bad! I went over my kilojoule goal every day so I was expecting a gain. It's very hot and humid so it might just be that I lost a lot of sweat but I'll take it and try harder next week 😁

@CindyJNC1963 that's such an amazing loss! I lost about 4lbs this week as well so maybe we are finally clear of the plateau we were on 😁. Yay for us!

Sorry. I thought I posted. Username : jaydoh120 Week : Feb Week 1 PW : 225 CW : 224.5 Same or similar weight since before Christmas but I'll just keep trying xx

Username : jaydoh120 Week : January Week 5 CW : 225 I think I was 223 last week so 2lbs up. I am not impressed.

Username : jaydoh120 Week : January Week 4 PW : 225 CW : 223.1 At last there's a bit of movement. I am eating at the new deficit that mfp set when I put in my new stats. Hopefully I'm past the plateau now but we'll see next week 😊
-
Me too 😣. In the first 70 days I lost 17kg and then for the past 30 days I have only lost 1.I find it so hard to stay motivated when the scale doesn't move but I'm doing my best.

Username : jaydoh120 Week : January Week 3 PW : 225 CW : 225 This plateau is getting very annoying and disheartening. I thought mfp would adjust my calorie allowance automatically but it doesn't. I have entered my new stats and it recalculated my allowance a lot lower. So that's probably been the problem. Let's hope next…

I have learned that my grip on this whole thing is very tenuous. My estranged husband came to South Africa on Friday to suprise our son for his 13th birthday. He left for Qatar for work in October which is when I started with mfp and I can see now that his being away helped me be more positive. He got back on Friday to…

It was me but on your page 😊. Sorry about the 3am. I'm in South Africa and it was a normal time here 😂

@gjaholy33 Happy birthday Gloria. I hope you have a blessed year and I pray for your success with the mfp journey 🤗

Thanks Ashley. I am always very hard on myself so I agree with what everyone is saying - you are an awesome team leader. I love reading your encouraging posts to everyone xx

Username : Jaydoh120 Week : January Week 1 PW : 227.1 CW : 225.5 This is okay but I'm not sure why I have slowed down so much. If I was closer to my goal I would understand but it's a bit disheartening when I still have such a long way to go. I will keep doing what I have been doing though because I know that all sorts of…

Hi team 😊. My name is Julie and I am 41 years old. I have two boys aged 12 and 7 and am almost divorced. I lost weight successfully on MFP in 2012 and maintained at my goal weight of 145 until January 2016. Then life happened and I put on all the weight I had lost and another 40+. I started MFP again on the 9th October…

Username: Jaydoh120 Week : December week 4 PW : 228.4lbs CW : 227.1lbs I am disappointed with this because I have been eating 500-800kj (not sure how many calories) under allowance to save up for Christmas dinner so I thought it would be less. Maybe next week will be better. Still always better than a gain though xx
-
Yes, so weird. In week 2 I was very strict and was always under calorie goal but only lost 1 pound. Then this week I was far over calorie goal 3 times and lost 3 pounds. Happy with 3 pounds of course 😁

Username: Jaydoh120 Week : December week 3 PW : 231.4lbs CW : 228.4lbs Happy with this 😁. I am still aiming for 220 by the end of the year but anywhere close will also be fine. I had a diet break for three days this week and went a bit crazy (I get disheartened when I lose slowly after eating strictly like in week 2) but…
