Super Simple Pumpkin Muffins 1 box Spice Cake Mix (or Carrot Cake Mix) 1 can Pumpkin Puree Mix and bake according to directions on back of box. (I have also made cakes with this recipe. Only 2 ingredients. They will turn out super moist and my kids love them! Enjoy!

My coworker is on that , as well. She was on it for about 4 weeks and lost a total of 24 lbs and then went off of it while she went on vacation at the end of June. She just started back on it this week, because she had already gained 18 lbs back. Stay encouraged, girl! You are doing it the right way!!! :)

If you feel you need a little "cream" sauce that is low-fat....I use plain non-fat yogurt, chopped up jalapeno's, and just a little sprinkle of the Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. Tastes just like the sauce at the restaurant, but 1/8 the calories. Love, love, love fish tacos!!! :)

I make this exact same salad, except I use basil instead of mint. I'll have to try mint next time, that sounds like a nice twist. Oh, and I usually add 1 chopped tomato to it, as well. It adds some nice color.
