  • I bake it and pour a little low sodium chicken broth on it. Italian seasoning and pepper. Cover with tin foil. Bake for about 30-35 min at 390. When I warm the chicken up I also pour a little low sodium chicken broth in the Tupperware container and cover with wet paper towel. It stays tender. I eat a ton of chicken and…
  • A few of my coworkers are on this and 1 starts tmrw. It seems to work and price not bad.
  • I pay no attention to sodium. I’m almost always under 2500mg a day anyways.

  • Hi I’m 5 ft 81/2 and going to be 47 in a few days. I’m a busy working single Mom to 2 kids aged 14 and 10. I’m on month 4 of lifestyle change. Hired personal trainer for 3 months and dropped weight and toned up. Now I work out on my own 5-6 days a week. I don’t own a scale and hate getting weighed but I’m fitting into size…
  • Because of the artificial sweetener. I know that nothing is as good as plain ol water but so boring and flavorless.
  • I have been strength training and doing cardio for going on 4 months. You are off to a fantastic start with all that weight loss. GREAT job. I hired a trainer who showed me exactly what to do. It is all about the weights and resistance. There are also a couple good apps one is called Sweat and it will help you develop a…
  • Rotisserie Chicken is a good one. Or a couple chicken soft tacos from taco bell. Chick Fila grilled chicken sandwich. Wendy's small chili and a side salad?

  • Today I ate at 11:30 after a 16.5 hr fast. 1 egg, 3 egg whites, turkey sausage patty, Fage 0% greek yogurt and 1/2c raspberrises. I was hungry. Still under 300 cals and a ton of protein. I am thinking I will break this up to breakfast and a snack tmrw. Today I will have my lunch at 3 which is a deli turkey whole wheat high…
  • I had a 4.5 oz chicken breast with 1/2 small avocado.
  • I had an egg, 4 egg whites, 1 turkey sausage patty in a whole wheat tortilla with laughing cow cheese. And some strawberries. I was hungry after a 16 hr fast. About 260 cals lots of protein and fiber. I ate at 11:15
  • I agree with everyone. Try to avoid added sugar and avoid foods with super high carbs. Fiber is a free carb so make sure you are getting 25g of fiber a day and subtract those. I plan my daily meals that help manage macros a little better. If I’m going to have carbs 1 meal I try to limit my other 2 meals but lately Ive been…
  • I saw that including Kroger. Good for 2 people Kroger was giving away a free Angel food cake with the purchase of 1. Not on my diet so I passed I think the price is a little steep unless you want just a 1 off to make a nice dinner with little effort or planning.
  • Well I consider it healthier because of the low cal, very low sugar, and decent fiber. Healthier how? Lower calories.....yes. Does low calorie = healthy? I'm not sure what your definition is here. Eat bread you like. A well balanced diet can include bread. Just don't eat so much bread that you are missing out on other…
  • Because all I hear is how bad bread is and I’m surprised I’m eating “ Banquet which is known for cheap TV dinners but the nutritional content of these is not bad and they tout no additives, preservatives etc. after this bag is done I’ll look for a healthier option at Trader Joe’s or Costco if there are any. I wanted the…
  • Oh I intend too! Going to limit to 1 a day. I do need to make a couple subs tmrw to lower my cards. I like to stay under 75
  • I can’t possibly fathom how going without food for 3 days is healthy. Lots of water is always good. If you want to lose weight eat healthier and eat less and it will happen.
  • Psyllium husk is great to add to shakes or yogurt. It’s 7g of fiber for 2 TB I bought the NOW brand at Sprouts. Avocados and whole grain toast are great for fiber and raspberries as well. Kashi go lean has a crazy amount of fiber if you ever want a good healthy cereal.
  • You are right. I am at 500-550 calories before dinner.
  • I want 2 everyday..sometimes more. I drink 1 at work when I have my first meal at 11 and again with dinner around 6
  • Almonds, Avocados, olives,
  • Not enough. I have my calorie limit set at 1100 daily and I am not meeting that at all. I need to eat 2 bigger meals. I am still tweaking this so next week I will being 2 meals and a snack to work
  • I am going too. I need to eat 2 meals and make sure I have a decent size dinner.
  • I agree very much I would rather eat my calories than drink them. I see people drink these propels or the light Gatorade that are dieting and I am like why? So many zero calorie drinks. Black coffee and Sparkling ice are 2 of my faves.
  • My cousin who is a trainer and nutritionist (not certified nutritionist but her guidance help me lose over 20 lbs). And all these media reports that the artificial sweeteners are bad for you. I love diet pop and I find it a good way to satisfy a sweet tooth and cravings but a the same time I cant help but think I am…
  • I just subtract in my head. I eat about 25g-30g a fiber a day. Net cards are usually around 40 or 50

  • I cannot totally give up diet pop. I just had a coke zero. That and Diet Dr Pepper and Sparkling Ice are my faves and yes I do know the artificial lab created sweeteners aren't supposed to be good for you.
  • Also a low carb whole wheat tortilla with a little salsa and lite laughing cow wedge of cheese. Now you have yourself a chicken burrito.
  • Super easy-eat chicken over Riced Cauliflower. Yummy. Mix in some green veggies.
  • Premier Protein is a great tasting shake. They are just not filling though. I have a few left I buy the 18 pack from Costco. I have a lower calorie powder alternative I drink as a snack or dessert
