Exercise: No, my knee is worse for the wear so I had to take a rest day. I did end up walking quite a distance to two different appointments but because it was slow going, I’m not counting it. Calories and logged: yes 1st Pass day

Exercise: yes, about 45” of house chores, also some kettle bell work Calories: yes Logged: yes Yesterday’s walk caused further knee damage - live and learn. So today I kept activity to chores. I keep a kettlebell in the living room so when I walk past it, I’ll do a set of any number of exercises.

Exercise: 40” walk. It was much slower than usual (3 mph) but since I was wearing a knee brace and being cautious with the knee, I’m calling it a win! Also did cleaning, laundry and sorting for packing for upcoming trip. Calories: yes Logged: always. 🙂
