Well, last Thursday I did have that 2 glasses of Moet. Didnt really like the way it made me feel though that may be due to citalopram. I then went the weekend after without giving it another thought. I'm feeling blessed that I dont have strong cravings most of the time

I'm 46. My periods were regular about 18 months ago, then I went on the pill for 6 months. Since coming off (over a year ago) they have ranged from 43 days apart, to 19. My GP says its nothing to do with the pill and that I'm perimenopausal. Still, whenever I am over a week late, I can't help.but take a pregnancy test.…

Thanks for the tip, do find my stairs at home help a bit, but do need to do more weight training type exercises. Just a matter of trying to get time and get into the habit of it.

Take some time out for you, focus on yourself for a while and give yourself some TLC and treat yourself gently. One step at a time

I had problems with my Mirena, it moved for one. I did lose weight after I had it taken out, but I'm not sure if it was in any way related.

I think that's just his way of telling me he loves me just the way I am. I'm with him, I dont want to lose my curves completely; he just needed reassurance that I'm not going to go too far the other way.
