I try to walk/jog 4 miles every day. other days I Zumba. Considering I burn about the same amount of calories in a one hour walk as I do in a one hour session of Zumba. I have "walked" 75 miles this month yay me :-)

I watched the move Dark Skies last weekend and I thought i was really creepy. Not the type of movie that you would necessarily hide under your bed watching but very intense. it's an option if you've tried the traditional horror and are disapointed.

I'm with you. I believe that I can still stay within my goals without having to cut anything out. I believe it is what has made it possible for me to lose all this weight. I don't feel deprived. I don't feel like I am on a diet if I can have what I want when I want it. :-)
