I am on 1.200 a day. But eat around 1.000 to 1.1000 most days. Every day goal: 1000 kcal deficit. I lose around 2 lbs a months. The weight comes off super slow now being so small.

I add psyllium seed husks to my foods. Plenty of fiber.

Totally agree! I replaced processed bars with eggs or apples (same calories) as snacks and started losing.

It‘s crazy how many people got infected in Italy. My old mom lives in Germany, def. a high risk case. Just glad I can move there soon and see her. Who knows how crazy things wil get before it’s getting better. They might shut everything down for the rest of Europe just like in Italy.

Tried it, hated it. I felt terrible. I thought after a few days it would get better and it‘s just the Keto-flu the first few days but after 2 week I felt really bad. Headaches, constipation, no energy etc. Back to my low carb diet (100 - 150 g carbs a day) Doing great now.

My motivation is my age. I am 50 and wanna fight the signs of aging, losing muscle mass, getting fatter etc. I wanna stay attractive as long as I can and be able to fit into nice clothes. At the end it is, how strong is your will to look attractive, be healthy etc.

More weight training and less cardio. Also keeping up my plant based diet.

Gained 7 lbs over the holidays. Already lost 4. Just water weight mostly. I am working out extra hard and going back to 1200 cals a day for the next 2 weeks.
