I’ll record whatever my Apple Watch states at the end of each day. I’ll set a goal of 150 miles for the month. 1/11 - 4.72 miles 2/11 - 11.28 miles 16 miles so far

I forgot to add up for the rest of the month once I hit 24 hours. My Apple Watch states I recorded 37 hours 22 mins of exercise over 74 workouts.

I agree with corinasue, you need to find something you enjoy doing. If it feels like a chore to get it done you’re less likely to do it and more likely to find other things to distract yourself with instead.

19/10 - 49 min walk Total so far 24hr 12 mins. I’ve completed my goal to hit 24 hrs this month, according to Apple Fitness I did 44 hours in September, so I’ll see if I’m close to that again at the end of October

Propranolol is a blood pressure medication used to treat these types of headaches, they’re known as exertion headaches. There’s also indomethacin that can also be used as a preventative as well

I have an ultra rare allergy to exercise so I typically don’t do anything beyond walking. I’m also an autoimmune disease suffer for the past decade. Good luck

I’m on topomax (it’s known as topirimate here), I use it for migraines and cluster headaches. The side effects of this medication are ridiculous and I wouldn’t advise people to take it unless absolutely necessary.

Make changes to your diet that you know you can stick with forever. While you’re losing weight you reduce the size of the portions you eat and you adjust what kinds of meals you plan on having that fit your calorie goals. As you get to maintenance weight you can increase the cals so that you’re not gaining it back but also…

I buy peppers, cucumbers and carrots. Then when I’m home I’ll bulk slice all of them and put them in an air tight tub. I find if they’re already sliced I’ll opt to use them, but if they’re not I’ll swerve them for something faster (and not necessarily healthier) to grab instead.

Only diet for me but I’m against exercising

As a Brit, I’d use the term in hospital for a patient and at the hospital for a visitor. To “have overweight” is not a term I’ve ever heard used. When I googled the phrase “to have overweight” the only source I found that used the phrasing was the CDC who stated “People who have overweight and obesity…”

I have a couple of ridiculously rare medical conditions and they completely changed my life. After trial and error with medications that lead to weight gain (think steroids) I figured I needed to control my weight because if I got larger then it would only exacerbate the medical conditions.

Going into settings and swapping the input from watch to phone and back again can also force the data through. My app has been updated for several weeks now and although it’s not as glitchy it’s still intermittent on the apple data transfer

Well done for fighting to make a success of your life and showing your daughter that no matter how many time life knocks you down there’s only up you can go. I wish you both all the best ❤️

When you go to the servings amount of the food change your input from fractions to decimals and then put 1.3 that would be the same as 130g for something that’s naturally registering as 100g serving

Since my dashboard update my app has become pretty much unusable. It now crashes, closes itself, won’t register apple health exercise data unless I remove and re sync my watch. The user face is extremely slow to react and clunky. It has the potential to be good but for now I’ll use to app solely to log in and get my streak.

I’d suggest having a word with a Neuro. It could be something called hypnic headaches, for which coincidentally if they are you’re effectively self treating with caffeine before bed time. But nonetheless would still warrant a medical evaluation

I have a learning disabled child and have to effectively be alert and on guard throughout the night in case my child causes harm to themselves or siblings. I often have broken sleep and typically nap for the early part of the daytime hours when my husband takes over and does the morning school run and early day tasks.…
