Not really that much of a work out. I just walked 1 mile. But lately I've been doing a lot of yard work which has been hurting my back - and it's hard to walk fast when your back hurts. Alright so: Friday: 3miles - trying to be fast, 15:30avg pace Sat: 4 miles - easy, 16:44avg pace Considering adding some core and lower body strengthening exercises. Have a good Saturday everyone.

4 mile easy walk around the neighborhood. 16:44 avg pace. 117bpm avg HR. Hope to do more later in the day.

3.14 mile walk. 15:30 average pace. It's getting hot and sunny earlier in the day. I might have to change my walking time. OR - go to a shady park.

Morning - Hope everyone has a great day ! Yesterday I walked 4 miles in about 62 minutes. Mile1 - 15:23, Mile2 - 14:56, Mile3 - 15:14, Mile4 - 15:56 I also discovered that I need to tie my shoes properly each time I put them on. Otherwise my feet slide.

3.1 walking miles - 15.5 min pace. The previous days I did this, I got down into the 14's. I'm thinking the heat made me go slower. So I have to give myself time to adjust to the temps.

I keep starting over too. Each time I try something new for a bit - don't see a positive change and give up on it and either try something different - or just stop paying attention. A slice of 12grain bread with sunflower butter. 2 eggs. Greek yogurt. It was actually more calories than I usually have - but it kept me full until lunch. Might try that again.
