Bagel bites, iced coffee. Yum! Still full 7.5 hours later(but just starting to think about food again)0

A slice of 12grain bread with sunflower butter. 2 eggs. Greek yogurt.
It was actually more calories than I usually have - but it kept me full until lunch.
Might try that again.1 -
I had Tortellini with red sauce lol...still in my calories, but ate lunch for breakfast3

1 egg cooked over easy in Kinder's chili crunch on top of sourdough with avacado, with a nice drizzle of Mike's hot honey. DELICIOUS!3

My husband really likes those as an afternoon treat. “No bang for your buck” but it does get a little dairy into his body, which is more difficult with his dementia.
My breakfast today was Nature’s Path Gluten Free Spiced Apple and Flax
The last packet in the box. It was so good that I tried to remember which store I bought it at. Can’t remember so I’m going to search for it.
And let y’all here know just how good it is.
They don’t skimp on the apples!
170 calories/31 carbs. Really delicious and, as my mom used to say “sticks to your ribs!”
(translation: you don’t get hungry an hour later)
