  • Bump for later!
  • I wouldn't worry too much about it either. If you eat a lot of fruits, you'll always be over on your sugar, but it's the natural kind so don't be concerned. If you're having candy and crap, that would be a different story.
  • Awesome job!!! You're such an inspiration!!!!!

  • I and several of my friends own a squeam and I would consider it more of a body shaper. If you get the correct size, it's not going to squish all your organs too tightly or anything like that. It just helps smooth out your shape, improve your posture, and lift your bustline. It'll definitely make you sweat, in a way you…

  • Hi! My diary is open and I'm sending you a FR as we speak :)
  • Bump for later. Sounds delicious!!!
  • bump! Thanks for sharing :)
  • I think it's important you do "trust the process". Everyone is different, so what may take you 4 weeks worth of hard work and dedication to achieve, may take someone else 2 or 6. Also, it seems that you may get hung up on the numbers - I know I sure do. You work and work and work and yet you get on the scale and either…
  • Awesome job girl!! And what an inspiration :)
  • I find the best low cal dinners are soups that you make one day during the week and have the rest during the week. And, if you use some kind of protein or legumes/beans, they'll keep you fuller longer. Two great websites I can suggest for several recipes include: www.skinnytaste.com and I've signed up for…
  • Hey, I completely hear you! I'm 5'10 and in my mid-twenties. I've always been taller and "bigger" (which is the polite way of saying heavier and I hate it LOL) and have struggled with weight all my life. I love all the foods you listed in your post - especially cheese. It's been a weakness haha. Like some of the other…
  • Congratulations!!!! I'm setting my sights on the same goal...when my doctor told me I was considered "obese" I was shocked! But, it was just one more eye opener that I really needed to do something. Keep up the great work and you'll be in the healthy range in no time!!
  • Awesome job! Just when I was looking for some motivation...here you are :)
  • Amazing job!! You're such an inspiration :)
  • Whoop whoop!!! That's a huge accomplishment and definitely deserves to be celebrated. I'm in the same boat - trying to get out of the obese range as my doctor keeps reminding me it's what I need to do. Congrats and keep up the great work and dedication
  • This, too, gives me goosebumps! Of course just judging the title, I may have been weary to read it, thinking it was something negative and derrogatory but it's beautiful just like all of us! Thanks for sharing :)
  • I usually log the first part of my day beforehand because I like to know what I have left for my afternoon snack and dinner....my breakfast and lunch are usually around the same calories every day.
  • Welcome to MFP and good luck in reaching your goals! This a wonderfully supportive community so if you're ever in need of a little motivation, you'll never cease to find it here : )
  • I always have a cup of coffee and usually have one of two choices: 2 slices 100% whole wheat double fiber bread w/1 tbsp peanut butter and 1 cup 1% milk = 360 calories or 1 - 1 1/2 cups of Fiber One cereal (80 cals a serving) and 1 cup 1% milk = 270 calories I usually follow this up with Light & Fit yogurt and a banana…
  • For regular bras I find the only ones that really work for me are from Lane Bryant - I'm currently a 40DDD (it definitely fluctuates with my weight but they've always been on the large side). For sports bras - I have a Champion bra that I love because it supports me and keeps these babies in place while I'm working out!
  • Praise God! This is amazing news. Congratulations and good luck on your journey! Keep up the great work :)
  • Let's do this!!
  • It really comes down to what you want to do and how you'll use it in the future. I took French for 6 years while in school and although it's a beautiful language and culture, I wish I had taken Spanish. I use Spanish more since I graduated high school than I ever have French. But if you're planning on doing something like…
  • Hi there! I'm 25 and I've been using MFP consistently for just about a month. I've dabbled for almost a year but I'm taking things seriously now :) Always looking for more friends to stay motivated and encourage each other. Feel free to add me!
  • I know that many people differ on their opinions of eating back their exercise calories. I try to eat a good portion of them back. I'm allowed around 1800 calories each day, because I've set my goals to loose 1lb per week. MFP has already calculated a 500 calorie deficit from my BMR - which is the amount of calories you'd…
  • Mine is to get to the gym and do at least 45 minutes on the stepper and burn at least 600 calories. That's my average so I'm sure I can do it - but if I can burn more than 650, it'll be my highest burn!
  • Congrats!!! You look amazing and are truly inspiring!
