For some reason being on the treadmill messes up my performance, i keep looking at the "time left" or something, i like jogging outside MUCH more. But hey, if it works for you i'm sure it can be wonderful. :)

Well today i did pretty well on my calories up to a point. Then i had pasta salad, it was filled with loads of veggies ( cut to perfection by yours truely) but i think i had too much of the pasta itself. well fruit i guess. I had this planters peanut crap today that has M&M's in it, but i didnt eat ANY of the chocolate. Maybe i need to take that into account. It just stinks when you do so well and then its like "Oh... well thats just.... dear lord." haha.

What foods do you eat that are healthy and low in sugar? I did everything well in my food diary, i was even under 510 calories! But then. * she looks at the sugar section and the gates of hell opened* I was like 61 over on the sugar! How does that happen!?! Maybe i should just eat tree bark, i like trees, and who knows...…

Oh hell. Dont do sit ups! It will only make the muscle under the fat bigger ( meaning your tummy will start to look bigger) you should try a little jogging, the cardio helps to melt off the tummy-ness. :) Good Luck!
