sorry its midterms week. I lost 0.4 pounds this week. Not great but not bad given how i ate this past weekend. I would like the few of us that are still on to keep going for support and motivation. We dont need a tshirt or prize just the fact that some one is there to support motivate and keep me accountable is all i need.

Last week was pretty good exercise and food wise, but once I get to the weekend I seem to blow it. This weekend I'm going to try to plan all of my meals like I do during the week and hope that helps. I just did workout one of Insanity(day 2 of 60) and I'm so excited to see some results!!

You may just need to take a break from life for a day or 2 and catch up on sleep. It will rejuvenate you and you will feel a TON better and be able to tackle everything life throws at you again with ease =]

Yeah I havent gotten anything for a new thread. So far this week is going well. I finally downloaded the app to my phone so i am logging every last thing I eat to hold my self more accountable. I hope everyone elses week is getting off to a good start!

I dd 30DS and was able to run 2 miles today!!! I also did a quarter mile warm up and cool down. Just finished day 21 of 30 DS, 30 push ups and 80 squats/30 lunges(each leg). gonna head to the gym in a bit and get some cardio in.

I did day 20 of 30 DS shred and went to the gym and did a 30 min elliptical followed by 30 min bike interval workout. Went to cinnabon and shared one with my roommate...i dont even feel horrible for eating it lol oh well just means i have to work harder tomorrow ;) I will do both tues and wed challenges tomorrow.

Im not at the fitness level to jog 3/4 miles but I will aim for 2 and walk the rest. Also I dont have a pull up bar so I will find an exercise to replace that move.

Did my weigh in yesterday and I lost 2 pounds from last week. I now weigh 222 =]
