Chid, I didn't do the exercises yesterday so I did both Mondays and Tuesdays this morning and damn those crunches... 90 of em this morning! I forgot how bad they burn when you haven't done them in a while....loved it though! Haven't got a chance to check out the instructions or bw squats yet though so I just did normal ones.0 -
April bw is just shorthand for bodyweight lol Im sorry if that confused you. And yeah abs are always a killer!!!0

This week was rough. I had a colonoscopy so I had to eat a crap diet(white bread, applesauce, saltines,eggs, potatoes) for 4 days then nothing but liquids for another day. And then when I was able to eat food again I went to town like a crazy person lol I also havent be able to workout since wednesday and cant workout for another few days UGH!!!
Im not sure if my scale is right =/ its been fluctuating all week, but that could also be cause of my diet and lack of exercise. This week I guess i weighed in at 218.6 =[
After finals I'm gonna make sure I lose all this gained weight and stress lol0 -
Good Morning Ladies, I hope you weekend went well & you lost at least some of the weight you wanted to lose. I am excited to announce that I have reached my goal of 155 pounds. Now to set another goal or at the very least remain at 155. I know I still need to lose some more weight to a healthy BMI so it's back to work we go. Have a great week & best of luck.0

BigChild, I saw you lost 8 pounds!!! And April, you reached your goal weight!!! You ladies rock!
My scale keeps on fluctuating and I am soooooo discouraged....I am still logging my foods and exercising but just really perplexed by the lack of weight loss

A healthy BMI for me is around 24.00, I am at 26.00 now so I should lose another 10 pounds & weigh at least 140 to 145.0

I WENT BACK UP TO 157 POUNDS. i HAD TOO MANY BIRTHDAY PARTYS & CHRISTMAS PARTYS. I BELIEVE i AM GONNA QUIT THINKING ABOUT IT TILL AFTER CHRISTMAS. you ALL HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HAPPY NEW YEAR.0
