I'm vegetarian and looking for new friends as well! My diary is open and I usually log daily.

Hi! I'm vegetarian mom (I don't drink milk but do eat eggs and cheese) and I'm always looking for plant based friends (especially those with open food diaries). I'm trying stop relying on faux meat as much and transition to a more plant based lifestyle.

I used Leslie Sanson's videos at the beginning of my fitness journey. I found the videos on YouTube and did them during my boys' naptime. It eased me into working out again. Sometimes I would pair a walking video with a FitnessBlender (also on YouTube) workout.

I weigh myself when I remember. Sometimes it's multiple times in a week, other times I can go two weeks without stepping on the scale. This is mostly because we moved our scale to our downstairs bathroom and I never go in there. When the scale was in our master bathroom, I would weigh myself almost every morning. No matter…

Last week I ran three miles in 31:13, this week I ran it in 29:38. Still pretty stocked about that.

I tend to zone in and out. I think about lots of random things like all the dead animals I'm going to pass while running (and hoping that I don't see any living ones). I don't run to music but I like to form a rhythm with my foot falls and breathing so it's almost like a song...I focus on that a lot. If I'm not thinking or…

You guys are awesome! I'm pretty sure this is one of the best before and after threads I've seen in quite awhile :)

Way to go! You've made amazing progress :)

Anywhere from a 2-5. I have been as small as 0 but normally wore a 3. ETA: I'm 5'0" btw.

Age: 28 Height 5'0" HW: 170 (while pregnant) LW: 112 CW:138 UGW: 120 After my first son, I made it back down to 120 but I was just skinny, not fit at all. This time (I'm four months postpartum with my second son), I want to make it t0 120 but I want to be fit and in shape as well.

Hi! I'm a fellow shortie :) I'm 5'0" and at my heaviest (while pregnant with both my sons), I weighed 170 lbs. I lost all the weight with my oldest son using MFP and was able to make it back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 120 lbs. I just had my second son a couple months ago and I'm trying to lose the weight again. Feel…

I was in the Air Guard until we moved to Germany. My husband is AD Army.

We're in Germany as well!

We are getting ready to start our second deployment together in about a week (his third). Last time he deployed, I was 8+ months pregnant and used MFP to lose the weight. This time, I have a two month old, lol, and plan to use this site to loss the weight as well. This is my first time far away from home and my support…

My husband is deploying very soon as well. I was pregnant with our first son when he deployed last time and lost all the baby weight (plus a little extra) by the time he got home but then gained most of it back. I just had another boy a couple months ago so I'm hoping to lose the weight again. This site helped a lot last…

Replying to remind myself that I can lose this weight and be healthier. I'm 5'0" and have always hovered around 125-127 lbs. Before getting married and having my first son, I weighed 112 lbs (mostly due to being a poor college student). When I found out I was pregnant in 2010, I weighed 124 lb and ended up gaining 45 lbs.…

I'm 5' and am currently at 122.5 lbs. My goal weight is 115-120. I am currently at my pre-pregnancy weight (I gained 45 lbs) but not my pre-marriage weight. These last few pounds have definitely been the hardest.

We had Layered Chicken and Black Bean Enchilada Casserole (allrecipes.com) and Chipotle's "Skinny" Cilantro Lime Rice (skinnytaste.com). It was really good and my husband loved it even though I tried to lighten the casserole a bit with light sour cream and wheat tortillas.

We took ours down (as well as all of our decorations) on the 31st. It usually stays up for way too long but with a one year old, it had to go away, lol.

Pregnant = 170 lbs. Not Pregnant = 146 lbs.

One Bud Light, a heaping glass of Moscato and a few sips of Sauvignon Blanc.

He has to work out because of his job but he doesn't have to watch what he eats. He also has a habit of buying me sweets when he thinks I'm mad and it usually ends badly since I cannot resist eating them, lol.

Thanks!
