This is just a stomach comparison (that seems to be an area we all want to see changes in.) I did this in 90 days by watching what I eat and working out. I do RI30 and DDP Yoga every other day and run 3 days a week.

    4 11 (Almost 5 foot)
    SW 131
    CW 121
    GW 115
    2GW 110
    UGW 105

Is it me, or does this look extremely unhealthy on the verge of looking anorexic??

    I'm 5'2", GW is 125.
It's just you!, she's 4'11 121lbs.....4'11 normal weight is 99lbs to 119lbs and she's shooting for 105 which is just about right.
She's not very curvy but doesnt seem unhealthy.

You are a whole 3' taller than her keep that in mind.

^ What she says! The girl looks great, leave her be ! She's even got some abs coming in! Jealousy only hurts yourself, you know. Try to keep this thread positive - We are here to support!

    oh, and....bump!

    Bump!
  • I am 26, 5'2" and holding at 125. I'm not necesarily looking to lose weight, more to tone. Even at my lightest (112 February 2012) I still had a nasty bulging belly. I guess its like those starving african children pictures with the big bellies. I need to figure out how to tone. Millions of crunches do nothing, and I don't have a lot of time for hardcore cardio.

    IDEAS????
  • I'm 5'1, my HW was 142
    my CW is 133!!! :)

I'm 5'2.5''! SW was 205. GW is 135-140. My lowest since the beginning of my journey was 155. I recently had foot surgery and gained 5 lbs, then lost 2. I'm currently 158. I started on MFP fall of 2011. It's been quite the process, but I'm not going to give up! Take a look at my profile for pictures.

  • Bumping in the hope of more before/afters. 5'0 here, HW of 170 and I'm currently 154 (or at least I was when I weighed myself last week, I think I might've dropped a couple more since). GW tentatively set at 120.

Replying to be inspired later. I am 5'2" and my highest preg with baby #2 was 193lbs. I was 125 and looked great at 19 when I got married. Up to 157 before baby #1, after baby #1 made it down to 147, then 193 for baby #2, and am down to 146. Going to try to get down to 135lbs, maybe someday down to 125, but 135 has been my goal for a while. These last 11 lbs are very intimidating.

I started at 162 currently at 147...I had a goal of 118 but seeing how your body changes through exercise i think that will be to low for me..Good luck with your journey x

You look great! Less than 147 that's for sure! I was expecting like 130.

Replying to remind myself that I can lose this weight and be healthier.
I'm 5'0" and have always hovered around 125-127 lbs. Before getting married and having my first son, I weighed 112 lbs (mostly due to being a poor college student). When I found out I was pregnant in 2010, I weighed 124 lb and ended up gaining 45 lbs. With dieting and breastfeeding, I was able to get down to 120 lbs. But by the time I became pregnant with my second son in July 2012, I was back up to 133 lbs. I just gave birth in late April (weighing 169 lbs again). I am currently around 145 lbs. I really want to get back down to 120 lbs and once there, maybe down to 115 lbs.
Thank you ladies for being such inspirations for a fellow short girl!
